Getting Involved

There are lots of different ways that patients can get involved with Opcare, from providing feedback to attending user groups. We value all suggestions from patients and would like to work with you to improve the services we offer. We also encourage patients to share their experiences with us to help inspire other people in similar situations. Please get in touch if any of the below options are of interest, or if you have any other ideas for how we can collaborate with you.

User Groups

Many of our services have small user groups, primarily within prosthetic or wheelchair centres, which provide a forum for patients to meet, share experiences and discuss ideas. As well as getting to talk to people who may have similar life experiences to you, it is also a good platform to consider how the service can be improved. Sometimes the meetings may be an informal gathering for coffee, and sometimes they may be more structured – it depends on the location. And if there is not currently a user group at your local centre, please Contact Us about the possibility of setting one up!

Make a Suggestion

Continuous improvement is at the core of our services, so if you have an idea about how we can enhance the healthcare we provide, please let us know either by telling your local team or by visiting the Contact Us page. We will consider every suggestion that is given to us; your feedback really matters.

It’s not just suggestions and ideas where your feedback matters. We care about your experience with us, and value your feedback on any aspect of our services.
